Opportunity Highlights
- Team consists of 1 fulltime physician and wonderful team of 6 LCSW's who serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon
- Work for an independent 501(c)3 not-for-profit health system that includes a community hospital as well as 19 primary and specialty clinics
- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic
- Four 10-hour days per week
- Average 14-17 patients per day
- Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
- Lab on site
- 30+ exam rooms
- 1:16 call; phone call only
- Fulltime, permanent
- Epic EMR
- Very competitive total compensation opportunity with RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold, Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually, and Commencement bonus of $15,000,
