Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic Emergency Department team dedicated to providing high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for screening patients upon arrival, assessing the severity of conditions, and determining appropriate treatment paths in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments and triage based on urgency of medical conditions.
- Administer treatment and medications as prescribed.
- Collaborate with the medical team to develop care plans.
- Provide patient education and support to families.
- Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Minimum of 2 years of current Emergency Department experience in a hospital setting.
- 3 months minimum travel experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must hold current certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and BLS.
- Valid nursing license for Vermont required.
- Must have a permanent address included in the profile.
