- Compensation: $300,000+ base salary depending on experience.

- Additional Info: The Medical Director Physician (MDP) provides primary and secondary outpatient care while overseeing daily clinic operations for the Bad River community. This role combines patient care with leadership and administrative duties, ensuring compliance, staff coordination, and high-quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver primary & secondary outpatient care- Oversee daily medical operations & staff meetings- Supervise RN, NP, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology & MOA staff- Serve as consultant to Clinic leadership & Tribal Council- Train, evaluate & support medical staff- Ensure compliance with federal codes & regulations- Collaborate with AODA, MAT, PT/OT, Chiropractic & Behavioral HealthQualifications:- MD or DO, Board-Certified & WI licensed (or eligible)- 5+ years clinical/administrative experience- Teaching/preceptor background preferred- CMD certification is a plus
