Requirements:

Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery. Fellowship training is preferred.
State License: An active North Carolina medical license is required.
Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory.
Background Check: A clean background is essential for quick credentialing, with no history of malpractice.
