Outpatient Endocrinologist AdventHealth Waterman Tavares, Florida

AdventHealth Medical Group alongside AdventHealth Waterman are seeking a clinically-focused endocrinologist to join our team in Tavares, Florida. New physician will have an integral role as we expand our services of Endocrinology across the Lake County Market. Initially, the practice will consist of one physician and one advanced practice provider with a focus on general endocrinology and diabetes.

The mission of the AdventHealth Diabetes Institute is to improve the lives of people with diabetes, promote a healthy lifestyle, deliver excellence in clinical care and education, and conduct research leading to diabetes prevention and a cure.

• Focus on general endocrinology and diabetes
• Full support of office staff
• Care team will also include an APRN or PA-C
• Outpatient only, no inpatient responsibilities
• Schedule is Monday -Friday
• EPIC EMR System
• Shared Practice Call

Requirements:

• Must be fellowship trained
• Have active board certification through the American Board of Internal Medicine with board certification or board eligibility (within five years of completion of training) in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism
