With a full-time Sports Medicine Surgeon handling shoulder surgeries, you will have the chance to specialize in hip and knee cases. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in a wide range of joint replacement surgeries, including primary and revision hip and knee arthroplasties, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver expert care in diagnosing, treating, and surgically managing hip and knee conditions. - Perform primary and revision total hip and knee arthroplasties, partial joint replacements, and related procedures. - Collaborate with a team of orthopedic surgeons to provide comprehensive musculoskeletal care. - Conduct preoperative evaluations and provide postoperative care and follow-up. - Utilize evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes and stay current on advancements in joint replacement technology. - Maintain accurate medical records and provide education and support to patients. - Participate in quality improvement efforts and continuing medical education initiatives. - Opportunity for involvement in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
