We are seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join a mission-driven, outpatient-only primary care practice serving older adults in Augusta, Georgia.

This role is designed for physicians who want to practice high-quality medicine without burnout, with the time, resources, and team support needed to care for complex patients the right way.

Practice Highlights

• 100% outpatient primary care

• Monday Friday schedule No nights, no weekends, no hospital rounding

• Focus on geriatric and Medicare-aged populations

• Longer appointment times to support quality care and strong patient relationships

• Fully supported by an interdisciplinary care team (RN, MA, care coordination, behavioral health, pharmacy support)

Candidate Profile

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Passion for outpatient primary care and caring for medically complex patients

• Comfortable working in a team-based, structured care environment

• Spanish language skills a plus (not required)
