Practice Setting
- Medical Setting is a combination of Inpatient & Outpatient responsibilities
- Volume of approximately 15 PPD of your own patients, plus APP supervision
- New patient appointments allotted 60 minutes; follow-ups are 30 minutes
- Patient Ages are exclusively Adult
Schedule
- Shift-Based coverage needed for 20 shifts per month
- Work is primarily Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Rotating Schedule call responsibility: 1:3 weeks, covering the entire week
Call Requirements
- 24-hour call with a required 30-minute response time
- Call is via phone and in-person for Hem/Onc consults at the hospital
Requirements
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology or Medical Oncology
- BLS certification is required
- Must have a minimum of 24 months of experience
- Experience with General HemOnc/Medical Oncology cases
Credentialing Requirements
- Credentialing timeframe is approximately 60 days
- Will wait for license for qualified candidates
- Credentialing Support provided
