Production - Clean Up

Paid benefits start at 60 days and $19.11/hr for 1st shift 10-hour schedule. Production Specialist, 1st shift (Mon–Thu), 10-hour days, Fayetteville AR, hourly full-time position reporting to Shift Lead; ongoing role in food manufacturing with training provided. - Able to read, write, and communicate in English - Must pass drug test and background check - Experience or ability to operate production equipment (power jack) and use SAP preferred - Able to meet USDA cleanup/quality procedures - Available for early morning start times (approx. 4:30–6:30 AM)

Shift: 5:00 AM-4:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $19.11 an hour

Conagra Brands in Fayetteville, AR, proud makers of Hungry Man, Gardein and Evol, is looking for Production Specialist to join our growing team! You will join a team of about 500 employees and work 1st shift. You will report to a Shift Lead. You will service and operate our mixing equipment to produce Hungry Man, Gardein, Evol products and more. We have a great compensation package, and benefits start at 60 days! You will work in a climate-controlled environment depending on the line that you are assigned to. We will train you on our equipment and processes.

Shift Schedule:

1st | Monday - Thursday | 10-hour shifts | Start times vary between 4:30 – 6:30am

Starting Pay:

1st Shift | $19.11/hour

Job Duties:

• You will learn multiple roles and file in as production needs
• You will learn how to operate a power jack
• You will work in SAP to conduct scan inventory property and to ensure recipe compliance
• You will keep a clean and organized work area
• You will meet cleanup requirements per company or USDA policy
• You will complete quality paperwork and receive training on our systems.
