This is a permanent primary care physician position in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) network in Los Angeles, CA, offering outpatient family medicine services with an average of 20-25 patient visits daily. Family Medicine/Primary care physician opening in Los Angeles, CA area FQHC (Federally qualified health center) setting. Group has 13 locations in the surrounding cities of San Bernardino, Ontario, Fontana, Colton, East Los Angeles and Pomona, CA. 100% outpatient position. Position available due to growth. 40 total providers in the group Telephone call only and is shared at 1 in 5 with other providers. EMR is eClinical Works Base salary range is $270,000 - $300,000 based on experience and volumes the candidate wishes to see. Production bonus system in place. Doctors average 20-25 patient visits daily (lots of room for growth as desired) Medical, Dental, Vision covered at 100% for the doctor and family. 403B retirement with 4% match and $350,000 in life insurance. Negotiable sign-on bonus and relocation PTO includes 6 sick days per year, 6 holidays, 15 vacation days in year one and 20 in year 2. Vacation days go up to 25 after 5 years of service. 5 days of CME and $2,000 allowance annually. License fees and DEA costs are covered by the group. Student loan incentives available through the NHSC (National Health service Corp.) Open to visa sponsorship. HPSA (health professional shortage score) of 15 for primary care CA license and DEA are required but group can wait if not licensed yet. Must be BE/BC in Family medicine Visa sponsorship available
