Level I Trauma experience REQUIRED (high-acuity environment) • ? NICU experience preferred • ? Certifications: RRT, BLS (NRP preferred) • ? License: Massachusetts RT license required in hand • ? Charting: Epic (preferred) • ? Work Settings: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department, NICU, patient transports • ⚙️ Skills: Vent management (BiPAP, CPAP, HFNC), ABGs, bronchoscopy assist, neonatal & pediatric respiratory care • ?️ Schedule Notes: Every other weekend, major holidays, and cross-campus coverage required ?
