Our client, an industry leader in packaging and shipping solutions, is seeking a 2nd Shift Crate Builder to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Crate Builder, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: 2nd Shift Crate Builder

Location: Burgettstown, PA

Pay Range: $19.50/hr

Shift: 3:30pm to 2am Monday through Thursday (Friday is overtime)

What's the Job?

  • Assemble wooden crates using pneumatic nail guns, drills, and impact drivers
  • Ensure crates are built to the highest quality standards by following established procedures
  • Work safely and adhere to all safety protocols in the work environment
  • Fulfill production orders promptly to meet delivery deadlines
  • Use scanners and computers to communicate production status and provide process feedback

What's Needed?

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using hand tools such as saws, drills, impact drivers, and tape measures
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to lift or move at least 50 lbs safely and work in varying temperature conditions
