Labor & Delivery RN (PRN) providing direct obstetric care, care coordination, patient education. Location: Mercy Hospital Perry, 434 N West St, Perryville, MO. Shift: PRN, varies. Contract: per-diem/PRN. - Current RN license in-state or compact - Graduate of accredited nursing program (ADN/Diploma/BSN) - BLS certification (AHA) or within 30 days of hire - Ability to lift 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking - Comfortable with labor & delivery clinical duties

Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. 434 N West St Perryville, Missouri 63775 Qualifications:

• Required Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).

• License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire.

• Other: Physical Requirements: Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis. Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift. Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
