License and Certification Requirements:
To ensure the highest standards of care, we have specific license and certification requirements for interested candidates:
- MI License:
- Required, to be notated at the time of name clearance
- Not accepting IMLC
- Rates Submission:
- Required at the time of name clearance
- Will not send to the client without rates
- Board Certified:
- ERCP Certification:
- DEA:
- Required at the time of start
- Malpractice Insurance:
- Required, no exceptions for quick credentialing
- COVID Vaccination:
Additional Information:
For streamlined processes, we utilize a reverse billing system. Providers are required to clock in/out using Kronos, and no timesheets will be approved.
