Clinical Role:
- The only dedicated pediatric hospital in central and south Georgia
- 2+ years of employment experince as NNP required
- Variable shifts including 10 hour days M-TH, 8 hour shifts on weekends, and 1 NNP who covers 16-hour nights 4 days per week. No call
- Our practice consists of the 66-bed, state-of-the-art, Level-III NICU
- Services provided include: high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide and a brain cooling
- Readily available subspecialty support
- Exceptional coverage by experienced NNPs
- Clinical appointment to Mercer Medical School
- A designated Level-I trauma center, one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in Georgia and three-time Magnet Designated hospital for nursing excellence nationwide
- Opened new 50,000 square foot neonatal intensive care unit
- Candidates must be NNP Board Certified (cannot accept FNP, PNP, or any other NP certifications)
