Amergis has a client that provides hospice and palliative care services, and is seeking Nurse Practitioners (NPs) for a locum position at their Dayton, OH location. Here are the details:

• Start Date: ASAP-90 days, possible extension
• Schedule:
• 4 days/week,10-hour shifts, Off days rotate weekly (Tue-Thur)
• Submission Requirements:
• Willingness to travel to patient homes or SNFs
• Personal vehicle and insurance
• Patient Volume: 7-10 PPD
• Malpractice Paid
• Paid Weekly
