Job Details - Flexible schedule, Day shift M-F

- Join a team of 40+ primary care providers at various locations
Qualifications - Will need to obtain a WV state medical license and DEA registration upon hire
- BE/BC in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Completed an ACGME-accredited residency
