Requirements:
- CRNA license and DEA/NPIs as required
- Active ACLS; BLS
- Experience in general anesthesia (locum or hospital) preferred
- Ability to work specified 10-hour shifts and varied OR cases
- Eligible to travel and credential at IL facilities
