- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Day shift
- Hours: 5x8s | 40 hours guaranteed
- Compensation:$2,520 per week
- Start Date: ASAP or upon credentialing
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Deliver skilled physical therapy services focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries per facility and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nursing, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physicians
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility strategies, and safety techniques
- Maintain a high standard of patient-centered care in a long-term care environment
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
- Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
- Current BLS certification
- Previous LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and clinical skills
