Emergency Medicine - Minutes from Myrtle Beach

• Employed practice seeks BE/BC Emergency Medicine physicians to join their team
• K-1 1099 position with very high earning potential
• 120 hours per month-12 hour shifts
• Partnership offered immediately with no buy in
• No proximity residency requirement
• Provider will work in new freestanding Emergency Departments and hospital ER although the option to work only in FSED will be considered
• Main ER: 42 beds, 2 other FSED are 12 and 8 beds
• 50,000 annual ER visits annually with physician seeing 1.8-2 patients per hour
• Very low transfer rate
• Level III trauma: Chest Pain Center with established STEMI program and 24/7 Interventional Cardiology services. Closed ICU supported by Intensivists with Surgicalists on call to assist ED when needed
• Open to experienced and new grads
• Teaching is offered but not required
• EMR: Cerner with Dragon Dictation
• No call
