full time Locum coverage starting in 2-4 weeks (fast credentialing).

Details:
- Location: San Antonio, TX
- Duration: Locum
- Start Date: Targeting July 2024 (Fast Credentialing 2-4 weeks).
- Schedule: Monday Friday, no late clinics, no after-hours charting and NO CALL!
- Shift: 8:00am 5:00pm
- Good work/life balance. Time built in for admin time. Physicians supported by RNs.
- Value-based care model with 30 min appointment times and LOW patient volume.
- Focused on clinical outcome and preventative care.
- Provider to oversee 1 Advanced Practice Provider, with support and additional oversight from a Physician Lead.
- Pediatric and adult patient population
- Quick credentialing turnaround in 2-4 weeks
- No payer enrollment
- 1 week virtual orientation- Paid
- EMR: eClinicalWorks and Elation
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Active Texas license.
- DEA
- BLS
