Number of Openings:
• Shift: 10s and 12s, start at 0645 or 0900
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: Yes
• Weekend Hours: Call, 12-hour blocks. 2 teams on call during the weekends.
• Call Requirements: One or two weekends every 6 weeks. One weeknight every other week. 30-minute response time.
• Required Certifications: BLS
• Float Requirements: No
Number of Beds: 12 ORs
• Patient Ratios: 1:1
• EHR: Cerner
• Patient Population e.g. geriatric, adult, peds, etc.: Geriatrics, adult, peds rarely
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: General, Urology, GYN, Neuro, Ortho (total joints, sports med, trauma, podiatry), basic ENT, basic vascular, Robot
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: CV, C-section, Trauma, basic plastics
• Personality Fit: Fast paced, team player, positive attitude
