Sales Manager – Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management with off-site events or catering
- Proven ability to drive sales growth in organizations with $7M+ annual revenue
- Strong leadership skills with experience coaching and motivating a sales team
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with high-profile clients
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in contracts, proposals, and billing
- Skilled at developing and implementing sales strategies for corporate, social, and nonprofit event clients
- Ability to collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
