This permanent Urologist position in Saginaw, Michigan offers the opportunity to join a collaborative medical team with access to advanced robotic surgical technology. The role involves providing comprehensive urological care, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures, with participation in call rotations and oversight of hospital and outpatient surgical operations. Candidates must be Board Eligible or Certified in Urology, possess strong clinical skills, and be committed to improving patient outcomes in a teaching and community-focused environment.

Facility Overview:
- Join an employed physician network consisting of 205 members, complemented by over 77 advanced practice providers.
- Access to cutting-edge technology including advanced da Vinci robots and a hybrid operating suite.
- Be part of a vibrant community with a robust patient care approach and opportunities for teaching medical students and residents.
- Provide comprehensive urological care, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
- Engage collaboratively with three other experienced urologists, including two uro-oncologists.
- Participate in a call rotation of 1:4, ensuring timely patient care.
- Utilize Epic as the electronic health record system, with support from dedicated clinic personnel.
- Contribute to the growth of the urology practice while maintaining excellent clinical outcomes.
- Oversee operations in both hospital and outpatient surgery center settings.
- Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Urology.
- Experience with laparoscopic and robotic techniques.
- Strong clinical skills combined with effective communication and patient interaction abilities.
- Commitment to quality patient care and improving health outcomes.
- Current Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain one.
- DEA, CSR/CDS (to be obtained prior to start).
- Most recent NPDB report (within 30 to 60 days active).
- Permanent placement fee agreement.
