Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct follow-up and established patient visits (no initial consultations required)
• Provide inbox coverage and manage communications for absent providers
• Perform strong clinical assessment and maintain accurate documentation
• Communicate effectively with patients and the care team
• Work independently within a collaborative, team-based care model
• Interpret cardiology imaging and diagnostic test results for complex patient management

Additional Information

• Washington state license required
• DEA and NPI certifications required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Clean malpractice history highly preferred
• Cardiology board certification required
• Must be proficient in interpreting cardiology diagnostic results
