The position is for a Registered Nurse specializing in cardiovascular peri-operative care at a Boston Children's Hospital operating room. Responsibilities include scrub and circulating roles in cardiac surgery, clinical support for the Cardiac ICU and Cath Lab, and working in a family-centered environment. Candidates must have a BSN, current RN license, and preferably 2+ years of cardiac OR experience, with various incentives and benefits offered.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team within our Boston Cardiovascular Operating Room.
Key Responsibilities:
- Peri-operative care in both scrub and circulating roles.
- Providing clinical support and resources for the Cardiac ICU and the Cardiac Cath Lab.
- Working collaboratively in a family-centered peri-operative environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Education:
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- A minimum of 1 year of Operating Room experience as an RN.
- Pediatric Operating Room RN experience preferred.
- 2+ years of Cardiac Operating Room experience as an RN preferred.
- Current Massachusetts license as a Registered Nurse RN
