Be a founding CRNA/CAA on a brand-new hospital anesthesia team with opportunities to build practice from the ground up. Full-time Inpatient CRNA or CAA at Columbia County Hospital (Grovetown, GA). Day/night OR/ICU/ED coverage as assigned; hospital opens Fall 2026. Permanent role within Wellstar Health System. - Active CRNA or CAA license (GA) and ACLS required - Prior acute care anesthesia experience (preferred 2+ years) - Current BLS; PALS preferred - Occurrence-based malpractice eligibility - Must be able to work in a hospital setting (OR, ICU, ED)

Wellstar Health System is excited to announce the opening of Columbia County Hospital, a brand-new facility currently under development in Grovetown, Georgia. Join us in one of Georgia’s fastest-growing communities—Columbia County, where exceptional public schools, affordable housing, and abundant outdoor recreation create an ideal setting for both personal and professional fulfillment. Conveniently located off I-20 at Exit 190, the hospital is highly visible and easily accessible. The facility will be opening for patient care in Fall 2026, with a modern design focused on clinical excellence and patient comfort

We are seeking full-time CRNAs / CAAs to join a brand-new Anesthesia team at Columbia County Hospital. This is a unique opportunity to build your practice from the ground up and be a cornerstone of a new healthcare hub in the community.

Backed by the strength and scale of Wellstar Health System, one of Georgia’s largest and most integrated health systems, this hospital will offer:

84 medical-surgical beds

16-bed ICU

40-bed full-service Emergency Department

Planned Level II Trauma Center

6 Operating Rooms

2 Cath/Interventional Radiology suites

2 Endoscopy suites

Comprehensive medical and surgical specialties

Adjacent to the hospital is a state-of-the-art, four-story Medical Office Building (MOB) featuring:

160 exam rooms

Anchored by all major medical and surgical specialties
