A well-established, hospital-employed Hospitalist group in the Florida Panhandle is seeking an additional BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join a highly collaborative, physician-driven team. Position HighlightsHospital-Only Role No outpatient responsibilities
No ICU Procedures Intensivists fully cover critical care
Team Structure: 28 physicians + 12 APPs
Hospital Size: 700+-bed regional referral center
Coverage: 170 acute-care beds
Flexible, Physician-Driven Scheduling promoting continuity of care and balanced workloads
Both IM and FM physicians welcomed
RVU-based compensation with no cap
