We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Board Certified Family Medicine Residency Program Director to lead and manage our esteemed residency program near Campo, California. The Program Director will ensure compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) standards, oversee curriculum development, and nurture faculty and resident growth. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership and vision for the Family Medicine Residency Program. Ensure adherence to ACGME accreditation standards and institutional requirements. Develop, implement, and evaluate a robust curriculum aligned with best practices in family medicine education. Recruit, mentor, and support faculty members to achieve high educational and professional standards.
