What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth across Aggregates and Hot Mix Asphalt product lines
- Identify new business opportunities and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to inform pricing and sales strategies
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting to support business planning and performance tracking
What Are We Looking For
- Proven ability to build trust and influence decision-makers in a competitive sales environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Capability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing market conditions
- Familiarity with construction materials or industrial sales is a plus
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to continuous learning
Work Environment
This role involves a mix of field-based customer engagement, site visits, and office-based planning. Travel within the assigned territory is expected. Safety is a core value, and all employees are expected to uphold our commitment to a safe and inclusive workplace.
