Position Highlights
Full-time hospitalist position
7-on / 7-off schedule (7 AM " 7 PM)
Average census: 12"15 patients per physician
Participate in a team managing 40"50 patients daily
Open ICU with 24/7 intensivist consultation
Manage admissions, daily rounding, and urgent responses/codes
No on-call responsibilities
Non-trauma facility with robust infrastructure
EMR: Paragon
Candidate Requirements
Board Certified / Board Eligible
Open to new graduates
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required (no visa sponsorship)
Not accepting locum or 1099 arrangements
Compensation and Incentives
Guaranteed salary: $250,000 " $275,000
$15,000 starting bonus
