Previous Auto Sales Manager and/or Finance Manager Experience Required.
A well-established, high-performing dealership in the Phoenix metro area is looking for a driven New Car Sales Manager to lead our growing team. This is a rare opportunity to join a dealer group known for its strong reputation, supportive leadership, and long-term stability.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a motivated new car sales team
- Manage inventory, pricing, and forecasting to hit department goals
- Desk deals, structure financing options, and ensure compliance
- Hire, train, coach, and hold the team accountable to performance
- Monitor CRM usage and customer follow-up processes
- Collaborate with the GSM and GM on strategy, advertising, and retention
- Deliver a transparent, customer-focused sales experience
Qualifications:
- Previous Automotive Sales Manager or Automotive Finance Manager experience required
- Proven track record required
- Bilingual a plus
- Positive and outgoing with strong verbal communication skills
- Superior leadership and customer service skills
- Proven track record as a floor manager and a strong closer
- Ability to drive sales and produce results
- Professional appearance and demeanor
