Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
• Active New Jersey state license in Speech-Language Pathology required to start the assignment.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or reliable public transportation required for patient visits in a home health service area.
• Experience providing speech-language services in home health or similar outpatient/community settings preferred.
• Ability to perform evaluations and develop plans of care within state-specific guidelines and submit timely documentation per agency policy.
• Schedule flexibility to participate in weekend rotations and potential availability on observed holidays as needed.
