Responsibilities include managing patient communications, relaying diagnostic results, assisting with specialty procedures, and providing post-procedure education. This role requires current RN licensure, relevant experience, and strong communication skills to support optimal patient outcomes.

- Schedule: Full Time,Days 8:00am- 5:00pm
- Department:Adult Primary Care - Miller Street
- Location: Winston- Salem, NC
- Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
- Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred.
- Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.
- ACLS, PALS, BAT and DOT; preferred.
Respond to Patient Needs
Manage InBasket & MyChart messages, addressing patient inquiries, symptom reports, medication questions, and follow-up concerns.
Provide timely, accurate, and compassionate communication to ensure patients feel supported and informed.
Results & Follow-Up
Relay diagnostic results including labs, imaging, and pathology findings to patients.
Document all communication thoroughly while ensuring providers are notified for necessary follow-up.
Assist with Specialty Procedures
Maintain sterile technique, assist with equipment setup, and monitor patient response.
Provide post-procedure education to patients and caregivers.
