Opportunity for Emergency Medicine Physician in Amarillo, TX - Nearest Major Metro: Lubbock, TX (Approximately 120 miles) - Full Time, Permanent Position - $275 (days)/ $295 (nights) + $75/hour RVUSeeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine Physician to join team in Amarillo. Facility provides 50 hours of physician coverage and 40 hours of APC coverage daily within this level III trauma center. We are averaging an annual volume of 54,000 per year that encompasses 49 ED beds with a 31% admission rate; while dealing with high acuity. Physicians have access to the most advanced laboratory in the region with a state-of-the-art ED and hospital facilities. There is extensive specialty backup in place, which includes most pediatric specialties as well as scribes at no cost to the physicians.
