Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long Term Care
Location: Canistota, SD
Shift: Nights (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Schedule: Full Time | 36 hrs/week | Every other weekend & holiday
Pay Range: $34.00 – $48.00/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
Premiums: $2.50/hr location premium + night & weekend differentials

As an RN, you’ll deliver quality resident-centered care, perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes. You may also serve as charge nurse, providing leadership and direction to LPNs and CNAs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and coordinate skilled nursing care for residents.
- Conduct assessments, documentation, and care planning.
- Educate residents and families on treatment and wellness.
- Supervise and delegate to nursing staff within scope.
- Support a safe and positive environment for residents and team members.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license (SD or compact).
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Current BLS certification.
- Prior long-term care or rehab experience preferred.
Facility: 55-bed rehabilitation and senior living center. Shift: Night shift, 12-hour rotations. Schedule: Full-time (36 hrs/wk), every other weekend/holiday. Sign-On Bonus: $25,000 (paid out incrementally). Premium Pay: $2.50/hr location differential + additional night/weekend pay. LPN Option: $26–$36/hr pay range available.
