We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Care Provider to join our patient-centered, multi-specialty medical team. Conduct comprehensive physical exams and interpret diagnostic tests

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment and care plans

• Collaborate with on-site specialists for coordinated, integrated care

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Eligible for state medical licensure

• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills

• Passion for providing holistic, patient-centered care

Salary: $250K $275K (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM (no nights or weekends)
No on-call requirements
