Ready to level up your GI practice? This independent regional healthcare system is seeking to add another BE/BC Gastroenterologist to help keep up with patient demand

Position Highlights:
• Join a team of experienced 2 GI physicians and strong support staff including efficient NPs, ENDO staff, CRNAs, and dedicated MAs
• Build your schedule with option for 14 on/14 off, 7 on/7 off, or a 4 day work week with 42 days PTO
• Extremely low OR turnover time - work as efficiently as possible!
• Be as busy as you want to be - find your ideal volume and pace with autonomy over your schedule, incredible patient demand, and minimal competition
• Practicing physicians and graduating fellows encouraged to apply - mentorship available

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base salary starting at $690,000 with $1,000,000+ Illustrated Earning Potential
• Additional earning potential from wRVU bonuses and quality incentives available day 1
• $310,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and retention bonuses
