RN – Skilled Nursing (SNF) | Nights | Janesville, WI
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week travel contract in Janesville, WI. This role supports Skilled Nursing units with the possibility of floating to other inpatient units based on census.
Contract Details:
Shift: Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM (1830–0700)
Schedule: 36 hours/week (3x12s)
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Position Urgency: Normal
Requirements:
Active Wisconsin RN license (required)
BLS/CPR certification (required)
Skilled Nursing (SNF) experience preferred
Must be flexible to float as needed
Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality patient care using the nursing process
Administer medications and treatments per policy and state practice act
Accurately document care according to standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
Utilize critical thinking to support patient safety and experience
