Start Date: Midland: Orientation on 04/05, shadowing 4/6-4/7, full schedule beginning on 4/8, 7 on 7 off for 4-6+ months
Alpena: 05/08 (may change, depending on when perm Provider goes on maternity leave)
End Date: On-going
Length of Assignment: Midland - 4-6+ months
Alpena 12-13 weeks +
Credentialing Timeframe: 3-4 weeks is the average
Work Schedule: Midland - 7 on 7 off nights, 6P-6A
Alpena: M-F, 7A - 3:30P,
Procedures: Midland: Trauma background, arterial lines, intubations, etc.
Alpena: Gen Surg/Trauma. Post op with procedures listed above.
EMR: EPIC/Dragon
License Needed: MI License, will wait - must be clean and fast with paperwork.
Certifications Needed: License, DEA, etc.
Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: General Surgery, Trauma, CC, etc. Relevant to job descriptions.
Interview Schedule/Preferences: 1 interview process.
Other additional pertinent information: Full Surgery support team.

Salary: $80.00 - $100.00 per hour
