- NBO: 16 hrs

- OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
- Call Back: 1.5x multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum

Billable OT:
- 36-40 hrs/week, OT billable after 40
- 48 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
