What You’ll Do
-
Perform body and frame repairs efficiently and accurately according to estimates and standards
-
Complete welding, soldering, body alignment, and refinishing operations as required
-
Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or service needs
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
-
Conduct final inspections and test drives to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Follow all company policies and regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials
What You’ll Bring
-
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in body and frame repair
-
ASE certification in body repair preferred
-
Auto Body Vo-Tech certificate or ICAR certification preferred (not required)

Ability to operate frame and measuring equipment per vendor standards

Strong attention to detail, organization, and commitment to safety
-
Physical ability to lift 10–60 lbs., kneel, bend, and work in various environmental conditions

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Physical Demands

Frequent walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting

Working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures

Exposure to noise, dust, paint, exhaust fumes, and other shop materials

Operating industry-standard equipment and tools

Lifting up to 60 pounds and utilizing manual dexterity

Required safety gear: safety eyewear, hard-toed, and slip-resistant footwear
