Job Details:

• 1 Day of UC as part of the schedule on your 12 hour day
• Anyone you see in UC can potentially become your patient
• The weekly schedule is 3 (10 hour days) and 1 (12 hour day)
• No hospital call
• Team Call is 1:4 that would consist of 1 weeknight and 1 weekend in some capacity of the office setting, UC, nursing home, telephone call
• 25-30 patients per day (15 patients for the physicians first month)
• 50% wRVUs by year one and 75% wRVUs by year two
• Eligibility for "ownership" opportunities after year 2
• Productivity Bonus based on RVU's
• Salaried employed positions
• CME allowance of $4k annually
• The facility pays for licensure, DEA, Boards, Malpractice Insurance
• The facility provides a smartphone with voice and data service and notebook computer
