Housekeeping Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager leading a diverse team
  • Housekeeping experience in a hotel or institutional setting
  • Hands-on, servant leadership style of management
  • Ambitious and eager to grow your career in hospitality
  • Experience with scheduling to a labor budget
  • High level of attention to detail

Housekeeping Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the housekeeping team with integrity and consistency
  • Schedule team members according to projected occupancy and budget
  • Coordinate with other departments on room availability and engineering needs
  • Assist in preparing the housekeeping budget
  • Other duties as assigned
