Job Description
We are hiring a full-time mid shift RN for our Emergency Department Float Pool. This position that will float between all 4 main hospital locations in Lee's Summit, Overland Park, North Kansas City, and Plaza areas. Schedules are written 8 - 10 weeks in advance.
Shift: Full Time Mids (self schedule between 9-9, 11-11 and 1-1)

- Delegates tasks appropriately.
- Identifies hospital resources.
- Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
- Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
