Position Description Full-time physicians care for patients Monday-Thursday; option for Fridays to be a clinical or an administrative day. Collaborate and provide clinical expertise with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Manage a panel of 200+ patients (approximately 12-16 patients per/day) Flexibility in designing and managing your schedule Develop and implement care plans appropriate to patients and their desires Clinical support from clinical assistants, behavioral care managers, psych consultants, and care coordination through LPNs, RNs, and social workers.
