About the Position
AlliedTravelCareers is working with Towne U.S. LLC to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in District Heights, Maryland, 20747!
We are seeking a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) to provide therapy services to patients with injuries, illnesses, or mobility limitations. The PT will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and deliver interventions to restore function and improve mobility.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional mobility training
- Address strength, balance, and mobility deficits
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Requirements
- Required: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred)
- Required: Active PT license in state of practice or ability to obtain
- Preferred: Previous physical therapy or healthcare experience
