- Types of Cases: Complete Ortho, Head Spine, Neuro, Pediatric, Regional, Thoracic, General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric, Neonatal, Trauma), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia Surgery, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical cases (Head, Spine), Thoracic cases (except open heart), Complex orthopedic cases, Pain management techniques, Post-op epidural, Post-op extremity blocks, Epidural steroid for Lumbar and Cervical, Transforaminal (Lumbar, Cervical), Central Line placement, Arterial Line placement, PA Catheter placement
- Credentialing: Estimated 90 days, Must submit credentialing documents within 7 days after bid acceptance
Minimum Requirements
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible minimum, Board Certified required, Fellowship 2
- Certifications: ACLS, Active CSR, Other
- Licensure: Active License Number required, Active state DEA Number required, IMLC not accepted, Provider must be 90+ miles from facility
Additional Requirements
- CRNA must work without supervision and be proficient in blocks
- Use of x-ray guidance in performance of blocks required
- Ventilation management required
- Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues required
- May be asked to do back up call
- Provider must be contracted with the agency prior to placing a bid
- No OT rate for this assignment
