Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3–5 years of experience in full-service, high-volume restaurant management
- Provide leadership to front-of-house teams, ensuring consistent service and guest satisfaction
- Support restaurant policies, training programs, and operational strategies
- Manage daily floor operations, guest interactions, and staff accountability
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
- Partner with leadership on inventory, ordering, and cost-control measures
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Support promotional events, specials, and marketing initiatives to drive sales
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
