This position is for a bus driver responsible for safely operating a small cutaway-style bus to provide public and paratransit transportation for seniors and people with disabilities. The role requires a valid driver's license with at least five years of driving history, passing a DOT physical and drug screening, and the ability to work varied schedules including evenings and weekends. Paid training, competitive hourly wages, and flexible part-time shifts are offered to support community service and mobility independence.

Who You Are:
As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a small Cut-a-Way style bus, providing reliable and efficient public & paratransit transportation for seniors and people with disabilities in Coeur d’Alene, Dalton Gardens, Hayden, Huetter and Post Falls between 6am – 7pm.

Driver Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
- Possess ability to communicate with public.
- Possess a valid Driver's license.
- Must have a current and valid Driver's License with minimum of five (5) years driving record/history.
- Must be able to work a varied schedule, including evening and weekends.
- Knowledge of the service area streets and freeway network is a plus.
